ADBACK collects information that you voluntarily submit through its contact and project request forms, including contact details, company information, project requirements and files such as logos, catalogs or product/factory images.

How we use information

Information is used to answer your request, prepare mockups or demonstrations, provide quotations, communicate about your project and deliver services you request.

Form processing

Website forms may be transmitted through FormSubmit so that submissions can be forwarded to contact@adback.fr. Payment for the paid interactive demo is handled by Stripe through its hosted checkout page. ADBACK does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Files and retention

Only submit files that you are authorized to share. ADBACK will keep project information only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask ADBACK to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your request, subject to applicable legal obligations. Contact contact@adback.fr.
